PRESIDENT & CEO

As one of the owners and the lead at Rising Tide Builders, I’ve been involved in Roofing and Construction since I was 16 years old. Additionally, I served as a Firefighter/Paramedic for 15 years. Our philosophy centers around providing clients with straightforward answers, detailed estimates, and bringing their visions to life. My beautiful wife Leslie and I have been married for 17 years, and we have 4 wonderful children and 6 grandchildren. Rising Tide was born out of our observation of other contractors failing to empathize with clients—lack of clear communication, vague estimates, unexpected costs, and a lack of project management.

Leslie Daily

CFO

Leslie, the CFO and partner at Rising Tide Builders, plays a crucial role within the team due to her extensive expertise in business development, accounting, and overall business management. Her 20 years of banking experience, coupled with her recent 5-year tenure as a controller for a large construction company, make Leslie indispensable to Rising Tide. In her personal life, she’s been happily married to Rob for 17 years, and when she’s not working, Leslie enjoys spoiling her grandkids or tending to her goats and chickens.

Dustin is a devoted husband and proud father of three amazing kids. He shares his life with a beautiful wife, who inspires him every day. As Vice President and partner at Rising Tide Builders, Dustin combines his passion for building and creating with his love for outdoor adventures. Whether it's hiking, camping, or exploring new landscapes, he thrives on experiences that bring his family closer to nature. With a strong work ethic and a commitment to quality, Dustin builds not just structures, but lasting memories with his loved ones.
